By accessing or using Castaccord ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including broadcasters and operators.
2. Description of Service
Castaccord is a Twitch chat automation platform that allows broadcasters to manage chat interactions, automate messages, conduct viewer sessions, polls, predictions, raids, and related streaming activities through authorized bot accounts. The Service operates in conjunction with the Twitch platform and is subject to Twitch's own terms of service.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass users, manipulate metrics artificially, circumvent Twitch's systems, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
5. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to paid features.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the Service are the property of Castaccord or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castaccord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
